Bookings Policy
Cancellations, Late and No-Shows
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment in the booking system. If you cancel after 24 hours or miss your appointment, you will be charged your FULL appointment fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you and you will be held responsible for paying your FULL appointment fee for your missed appointment.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE SEE YOUR EMAIL MESSAGE AND MANAGE YOUR BOOKING FROM THERE. If you can't do that, please EMAIL OR TEXT US at 828-808-5470. DO NOT CALL THE STORES FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. You will NOT be charged until the time of your appointment. You can choose another method of payment at the time of your appointment if you wish.
If you no show more than once or are late more than once, we reserve the right to discharge you as a client and we will no longer be able to work with you.
Please cancel your appointment if you are ill. If you are ill and can't make your appointment, and your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please send someone in your place in order to avoid the cancellation fees. Thank you!
LOYALTY REDEMPTION
If you are redeeming a loyalty card, please inform of us that upon booking your appointment in the notes section and please book for enough time to include those strands, otherwise, we may be unable to redeem it at your appointment. We reserve the right to not accept your loyalty card if you did not follow these steps.

Please arrive early and have your colors chosen before your appointment.

Please arrive with hair that it brushed, (clean if possible), DRY, and WITHOUT hairspray or product is the best for us to work with. Unfortunately, Fairy Hair cannot be applied to wet hair.
Photo & Video Policies

It is important to please note that while we are working our Official Fairy Magic, we do not allow for any photography or videos, however would be happy to engage in a posed photo at the end of the sparkling session.
